Who I am and my qualifications

Music therapist, mindful stress coach, mindfulness practitioner, vocalist, and creator of the Mindful Singing method — a form of therapeutic singing that helps you find joy in your voice, release tension, awaken your creative potential, and build body awareness.

I love traveling and learning new languages (I’m fluent in English and Danish). I lead a balanced lifestyle, enjoy cycling as my main form of transport, write my own songs, and perform with my band Mindful Music Makers.

For nearly eight years, I lived mainly in Denmark and also spent shorter periods in Prague, England, Spain, and USA. There, I trained and gained professional experience, which I now share in Poland.

Balance & Stress Journal
