What is mindful singing – therapeutic singing?

Mindful Singing is an original method of teaching singing with full awareness of body and mind. 

It combines vocal training techniques — especially mixed singing — with mindfulness practice, the Alexander Technique, tension release, and emotional expression. 

This technique isn’t only for people who already sing, but also for complete beginners who simply enjoy singing in the shower and would like to develop their hobby. It can also be transformed into a therapeutic tool — for relaxation, mindfulness, creativity, and even productivity.

The method consists of five modules. Depending on your needs, we focus on specific modules and develop particular skills. 

The method is also useful for professionals who work with their voice
in public speaking, presentations, or leadership roles — such as managers, teachers, and team leaders.

I take a holistic approach to singing and working with people — no two lessons are the same. Each one is fully personalized, and I even create custom exercises for every student. Every lesson is a moment away from daily life — full of smiles and relaxation! I create a safe space for making mistakes, learning self-acceptance, and letting go of perfectionism. Having worked with people from all over the world, my sessions are always unique and deeply personal.

I’m also a certified stress coach, so every lesson doubles as a stress-reduction experience!
