What is music psychotherapy?

It is a therapeutic process led by a music therapist specializing in music psychotherapy, using music in a broad sense as a tool to improve one’s emotional, psychological, and physical well-being. 

Music psychotherapy is for you if:

  • you struggle to express emotions in a healthy way, 
  • you find it hard to cope with stress,
  • you experience anxiety or panic attacks, 
  • you have unresolved trauma, 
  • you wish to experience a deep psycho-musical process that reaches into the unconscious,
  • you want to reconnect with your joyful inner child and take care of the wounded one.

Musical psychotherapy is also for you (or maybe especially) – if you think you’re as musically talented as a deaf elephant! 

This is a deep, creative process of releasing shame, freeing emotions, and confronting what is difficult or often unconscious. 

What is stress coaching?

It’s a process based on asking questions that help you uncover the deeper causes of your stress. During the sessions, you’ll learn techniques for managing stress, strengthening your mental resilience, and even how to rest — which isn’t as simple as it sounds. You’ll also learn how to integrate mindfulness into everyday life and use reflective writing (journaling therapy) to build self-awareness and reduce stress. 

These sessions will help you:

  • reduce stress and tension,
  • build self-awareness about stress and your emotions,
  • you experience anxiety or panic attacks, 
  • identify the stress signals your body sends,
  • find balance in a busy world,
  • understand your own limits and strengths,
  • get to know yourself better,
  • release inner tension and unlock your potential!

What is Mindful Singing?

Mindful Singing is a method that combines vocal training techniques, especially mixed singing, with mindfulness, the Alexander Technique, tension release, and emotional expression.

Mindful Singing sessions are for you if:

  • you feel that your voice is blocked in your body,
  • you want to learn how to release emotions through your voice,
  • you want to flow with music and sing with awareness of your whole body,
  • you want to combine your passion for singing (even if so far it’s just been singing in the shower) with a relaxing therapy that helps you let go of worries, release stress, and build creative confidence,
  • you’ve been singing for a while, have tried various methods, but still feel you haven’t unlocked your full vocal potential,
  • or you’re a complete beginner who has always secretly dreamed of starting the journey of singing!
