Throughout last year I have been going through hell a lot of stress and I learnt hell a lot of ways to tackle it and get out of this burning situation in my head. I am a certified life coach and stress coach. During my sessions you get bunch of tools and methods to live a peaceful life and (almost) stress free! 🙂
The session will help you with tacking stress in your life and at the same:
– becoming more confident,
-having more peace in your head and heart,
–be calmer and better control your emotions and reactions.
I speak fluently English, Polish and Danish so I can adjust to your audience.
